There will be no returns, refunds, or exchanges accepted for cakes, unless an error has been made with your order by our team. In the event that an error has been made, you must contact us immediately after receiving your order. We will try our best to remedy the situation, but there is no guarantee.
Delivery Policy
We provide Quick delivery in Kathmandu and Lalitpur area. At present we'll be delivering only inside and perirphery of ringroad in Kathmandu Valley. Customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery will be possible in the below cases:
- Wrong contact number and address provided.
- Customer does not repsond call of our delivery team.
- Last minute change in delivery time or address without notification.
- Recipient refusing to accept the delivery without any proper reason.
- Recipient out of contact.
